PUR Foam-Insulated Carbon Dioxide Storage Tanks
Vertical or horizontal tanks with polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation for holding liquid carbon dioxide at approximately -18°C and 20 bar. Conventional foam insulation delivers holding performance close to vacuum systems at the same thickness; the inner shell is carbon or stainless steel, rated to a 20 bar(g) design pressure. The product is custom-designed according to project requirements, operating conditions and relevant standards based on customer demand.
- Project-specific engineering and design
- Production compliant with relevant standards and customer specifications
- Quality control, testing and documentation
- After-sales technical support
About the Product
Offers holding performance close to vacuum systems at a more accessible cost for medium-scale consumption points such as carbonated beverage production, food freezing and welding shield gas. Standard-thickness foam insulation makes it an economical choice for facilities with frequent use and regular refill cycles.
